My acupuncturist told me to read the labels of the food I'm eating. If I can't pronounce it, I'm not supposed to eat it. Then, he handed me a bottle of herbs to help with insomnia. I'm supposed to take 4 tablets, 3x daily. The herbs are called Bu
Nao Pian. I can't pronounce it. Should I take them anyway?

hahaha!
Yes, you probably should take them. It sounds better than the liver that the Dr. told me to eat for my low-iron anemia. I am terribly tired, (and irritable, I've been told) but I just can't bring myself to cook liver, or eat it raw either. Yuck. Take your Pills! Lori
