Turkey Trot
For those of you who are interested - there is a group of us running the "Turkey Trot" this year on Thanksgiving. It's a 4 mile race on Thanksgiving Day. It's in Orem, and starts at 9AM. So if you want to run it with us, click here to register. It's a great goal, especially for those of you who are planning on running the half-marathon with us in March!

Are you running the Moab half in March??? I did it last year and it was so awesome... Great course Great weather, need to get my butt back in training so I can do it again....
