References Needed.
After about a year of working with the VA doctor who only showed up for one of Tim's many appointments (I kid you not), Tim finally got approved to see an outside doctor for his shoulder. The only problem is, we don't know any. Does anyone have any experience with, or heard of a good orthopedic surgeon, preferably a shoulder specialty? We would prefer references to just picking someone off a list, crossing our fingers, and hoping they are a good surgeon. Thanks!

My mom had surgery on her shoulder recently, and she thought her orthopedic surgeon was great. I'll email you the info.
Dr. Chardack was Summer and Monica's when they both broke their legs and had to go get surgery. He was really good. Monica first had a bad doctor in Utah County and than went to Dr. chardack after a botched surgery by the previous Doctor. Check him out. He's in Salt Lake.
i would check at TOSH- they are amazing if they have a shoulder guy. my mom had both hips and a knee done there.
