Here's a recent conversation I had with my sister via text:
Rachel: I can't wait for your baby to get here. Thanks for going through this sober we can enjoy another baby!!!! I already love him/her!
Me: Well I was struggling with alcoholism there for a while before I got pregnant and decided I better quit. You know- for the baby. LOL
Rachel: Where did that come from?! I hope you're going through this sober!
Rachel: Hahahahaha ya well after this experience you'll want to take up drinking!
